The Armed Forces Relief Trust is an organization that was provided to help support troops and their families through donations and assistance. ?With many Americans greatly struggling with their personal finances at the present time it it likely that some of these families have husbands, wives or children that are fighting for our country. ?Fortunately there are ways to help these families through donations and assistance.


The purpose of the trust is to provide financial assistance to those in the military. ?Some of the examples of help include paying for plane tickets for the enlisted to fly home, special medical attention for a soldier’s family or free college tuition for the son or daughter of an enlisted soldier.

Last year the trust provided over $46 million in interest free loans and grants to over 195,000 families in need. ?While many Americans continue to struggle when it comes to money it is also the case that many families of those in the military are struggling just as bad if not worse. ?Luckily the Armed Forces Relief Trust is taking the necessary measure to help these families.
