Most of the world has become aware of the Greek Debt issues. ?With there being many problems with the economy in Greece major banks such as NBG EFG Eurobank, Alpha Bank and Piraeus are struggling to offer personal consumer loans at low interest rates. ?Much like the United States banks of a few years ago, Greek banks are finding it difficult to provide lending to borrowers who do not have a great credit history.

Unfortunately, there is very little borrowers can do other than to improve their financial habits. ?By improving financial habits banks will be much more willing to lend you money, especially if your credit history shows vast improvements. ?It is important to note that the interest rate on any amount of money borrowed will be greatly determined by your credit.

Large Greek Banks NBG, EFG Eurobank, Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank are struggling to offer personal consumer loans but that does not mean that they are not available. ?With hard work and research borrowers should be able to find financing in some form or fashion.
